You will be proficient in:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of hardware components for personal computers
  • Assemble personal computers and peripherals from modules
  • Install a single-user personal computer and peripherals
  • Install single-user personal computer system software and applications software
  • Repair a personal computer to module level
  • Resolve computer users' PC problems
Course Entry Requirements

Techtorium applies an open entry policy wherever possible, as a commitment to providing accessible educational programmes.

However, specific entry criteria are required and are applied for this course. Techtorium have identified the following as important criteria for acceptance to this course.

High motivation
Commitment to actively participate in the course
Good level of English literacy

All prospective learners will complete a Techtorium enrolment form and attend an interview with the Patrick—the Principal so come armed with questions.
